Shipping Information: Free shipping and handling on all US orders.
First Class Mail: average 5-8 business days (add $1 for a tracking #).
Priority Mail - $5.99: average 3-5 business days (with tracking #'s).
Express Mail: 1-3 business days.
International Shipping: 1-3 weeks, usually 1-2 weeks.
Trucking: 1-3 weeks. Exclusively for orders on Furniture. You have to select this shipping method if you are ordering furniture. Please do NOT select this method if you are not ordering any furniture.
1. Credit card orders are usually shipped within 48 hours IF OUR FRAUD PROTECTION SYSTEM APPROVES YOUR ORDER. Usually we ship via USPS or UPS Ground and your order should arrive between 5 to 8 business days from the date you placed your order. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival,(please track your order at www.usps.com) but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast. If you prefer, we also ship your orders by express mail upon request.
2. We ship from Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
3. Check/Mail orders will be shipped out the next business day after the checks are cleared by our bank. If you send us a cashier check, we will ship within 48 hours upon receipt of your check.
Shipping to Canada: start at $7.99 for Ground or First Class Mail.
Shipping to other countries: we will ship First Class or Airmail Parcel Post, please choose the "Int'l Shipping--Outside US & CA" method. For other shipping methods, please email us for help.

30-day money back guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with our products, return them within 30 days (10 days for FURNITURE) and we will replace your products or give your money back.
Terms and Conditions (Merchandise Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policy):
1. For your credit safety, our system will store your credit card information for 30 days only. We can not credit your credit card after 30 days. So all returns/exchanges (except FURNITURE) must be made within 30 days from the invoice/receipt date.
2. For accouting purpose, all returns/exchanges must be accompanied by your original receipts or invoices.
3. You can cancel your order and get full refunds ONLY before we ship out your order. If your order has been shipped, we will consider it as a returned order and shipping and handling fees will be charged which is not refundable.
4. We would deduct the shipping and handling fees (minimum $4.99) PLUS 20% re-stocking fee on all returned orders. You are ALWAYS responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways if you decide to return your order.
5. If we shipped you the wrong or defective items, send them back to us and we would re-ship your items at no cost. Otherwise, we would charge you the shipping fee on all exchanged orders.

Returns / Exchangs on Furniture:
1. Upon receiving of FURNITURE please examine content for any damage. In the event of damage does occurred please refuse to sign any paper and notify us right away for exchange and we will take care of everything without charging you anything. If you find the damage in a later time, please keep all the receipts and notify us by email within 10 days for exchange. Please keep in mind that once you have signed and received the merchandise, you will be responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges.
2. All Furniture must be returned/exchanged within 10 days. All must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Items that are not properly packaged or damaged will be refused. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned/exchanged orders.
3. You/Buyer responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges both ways on all returned/returned orders. We will provide the freight bill on FURNITURE orders and you have to pay the shipping fee in full (we will deduct this fee plus the 20% restocking fee, and will refund you whatever left).
Incorrect Address Problems:
If the address you provided has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will ship your order again but shipping and handling fees will then be charged.
Returned Checks:
We will charge $25 for each dishonored check.

1. If you placed a credit card order, but didn't receive the order in 2 weeks, please check with us by sending email to mail@bothfull.com.
2. If you placed a check order and your check has been cashed but you didn't receive your order in 2 weeks (from the date your check was cashed), please email us: mail@bothfull.com.
3. When emailing us, please state your order information including your full name, the date you placed your order, and your confirmation (order) number.
4. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse to sell any item for any reason that we deem appropriate.
